A: Buffet service may be slightly less than plated.

A: No, taxes and gratuity are not included in our menu prices.

A: Yes, for buffet service there will be 1 server per 20 guests.
A: Family style dinners require 1 server per 15 guests.
A: Plated service requires 1 server per 10 guests.
Q: When do I need to provide a final guest count?
A: 45 days before your wedding.

A: Location of your event, date of your event, guest count and your preferred menu items.
Q: Is it possible to create a custom menu?
A: Absolutely!
Q: Do you provide tastings?
A: Yes we do, tastings start at $125 per person with a 2-person minimum. If you book with Food for the Soul we will credit half of the tasting cost back to apply towards your reception.
Q: Can I change my invoice before the wedding?
A: Yes, you can change guest count, menu, etc. up to 45-days before your wedding date.
Q: Am I responsible for vendor meals?
A: Yes, for any vendors besides FFTS staff, you will be responsible for.
Q: Can you accommodate guests with special dietary needs?
A: Absolutely!
Q: Do you have a children’s menu?
A: Yes we do.
Q: Can you provide rental items for my event?
A: Yes!

A: Yes, we do provide bar service with a licensed bartender.
Q: Do you provide wine or liquor?
A: No we don’t, we will provide an alcohol shopping list for you to purchase your own alcohol when you arrive to the island and deliver to your venue on the day of the event.
Q: Do you have a corkage fee?
A: No we do not charge a corkage fee.
Q: If we handle our own bar services can your staff serve alcoholic beverages?
A: No, unfortunately not.
Q: Can we return any unopened liquor?
A: Yes, if you purchase at Costco you can return any unopened bottles for a refund.
Q: Do your servers wear uniforms?
A: Yes, our servers wear black pants and khaki shirts.
Q: Do you charge extra to cut the wedding cake?
A: We do not charge extra to cut the wedding cake.
Q: Do you setup and clean up?
A: Yes we do!
Q: Do you provide dinner ware such as plates, cutlery, etc.?
A: Yes that is included.
Q: Are we allowed to take leftover food with us?
A: No, due to insurance liability.
Q: Do you require a minimum number of people to cater an event?
A: No
Q: How much of a deposit do you require to confirm your services?
A: We require a 10% deposit of your total estimate.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Our deposit is non-refundable, once we secure your date we will turn away any other business for your date.
Q: What payment methods to you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit card (3.1% processing fee), bank transfer or check.
Q: When is final payment due?
A: Final payment is due 30-days before the date of your event.
