Chef Rob’s love of food and passion for cooking began as a child growing up in the South. He was taught the art of cooking with love and care by his beloved grandmother and continued to hone his craft at the New York Restaurant College in Manhattan. Upon graduation he began his career at the 205th Club on 5th Avenue in New York City. After that he became the Director of Catering at the Historical Branch of the Smithsonian Museum in Washington D.C., catering for inaugural balls, dignitaries and political figures.
