
Chef Rob’s passion for cooking began in his Southern childhood kitchen, where his grandmother taught him to cook with love and care. He refined his skills at the New York Restaurant College and launched his career at the 205th Club on 5th Avenue before becoming Director of Catering at the Smithsonian’s Historic Branch, serving inaugural balls and dignitaries. After a decade on the East Coast, he moved to Maui to fulfill his dream of opening Food for the Soul. Today, Chef Rob caters everything from intimate gatherings to grand estate weddings, creating dishes that reflect his Southern roots and belief that food should nourish the soul. He takes pride in using the finest locally sourced ingredients to bring people joy through every shared meal.

Tina’s roots run deep in the food and beverage world, where she worked her way up from front-line service to General Manager and Training Director for one of the largest restaurant chains in the country. She oversaw countless grand openings, trained teams and managed high-volume restaurants, experience that now shines through in her seamless wedding planning on the island of Maui. Organizing every detail of a wedding feels second nature to Tina and is where her passion truly lies. When she’s not orchestrating events, she’s dreaming up the next family adventure for herself, Rob and their two daughters, Ashley and Maya.
